Minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship management in sports organization and professional athletes is desired.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and sports disciplines effectively with proven track record of end results.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, very fluent level of English is a must and additional foreign language is preferrable.
Extensive network of the sports category and marketplace.
Passionate about sport and sport culture.
Strong reporting skills and understanding of RoI calculations and methodologies.
Develop strategic plans to ensure the continued successful growth and profitability of Puma Turkiye.
Conduct market research throughout the year, analyses organization’s positioning in the market and recommend next steps from sports marketing perspective.
Identify, liaise, evaluate, and negotiate new acquisitions, licensing deals and strategic business partnerships that are in line with Puma’s mid-long-term goals.
Lead a planning process in which all milestones and dates are clearly understood from sports marketing perspective.
Evaluate different parameters that may indicate the need for redirection of target assets.
Inform the overall shape of sports marketing portfolio, aligned to the vision and strategy of the brand and business.
Leverage sports marketing assets, athletes, and partnerships to drive growth, while maximizing and modernizing contractual marketing rights appropriate.
Good level of understanding of internal and external business challenges and regulatory issues.
Monitor sports marketing contracts and draft contracts accurately for sports marketing department.
Manage sports marketing budget effectively within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each category/key initiative.
Responsible from event management from sports marketing perspective throughout the year
Lead potential collaborations with celebrities for relevant campaigns throughout the year.
Be senior point of contact for assets and athletes to deal with their requirements and Puma related needs successfully.
Up to 50% travel and proactive attendance to asset matches and competitions required.
