YOUR TALENT (Qualifications)
5-7+ years of Retail Planning, E-commerce experience preferred; Managerial Experience preferred.
Proven ability to Innovate and Inspire- continually look for ways to experiment and drive new learning. Translate insights into concepts that benefit the business.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
Excellent Analytical Experience with a keen eye for detail required.
Ability to showcase resilience and multitasking abilities, supporting multiple demands with composure and efficiency.=

Your Mission
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic Team Head in Direct to Consumer (DTC) Planning to join our established team. This role is crucial in managing in-season business planning, preseason purchases, financial budgeting, while directly overseeing a multi-tiered team. You will collaborate closely with Merchandising, Finance and E-Commerce Operations to drive financial results and contribute to our company’s strategic objectives.
YOUR MISSION (Responsibilities)
Lead a multi-tiered team of Planners and Analysts to drive financial results for a multi-channel direct to consumer Retail channel.
While working closely with Corporate Finance team, have direct responsibility to manage sales and inventory turn targets.
Directly manages a team to develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies that maximizes both sales and gross profit.
Direct responsibility in the management of Retail Open to Buy including reforecasting, initiating adjustment and recommendations to the Senior team on improvements.
Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal reviews of business performance providing in depth analytics and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with Corporate Business Intelligence team to develop reporting using advanced KPIs.
Build and maintain collaborative partnership and communicate effectively with internal departments as well as field team members.
Lead the development and presentation of preseason parameters to Merchants regarding budget spend for style options while optimizing flow and inventory turn.
Collaborate with Buyers on seasonal strategies incorporating review of past category/concept performance, agreement on investment for the future.
Support the continuous development and implementation of financial strategies for complex merchandise categories and departments.
Innovates and implements change, proactively cultivating new strategies to enhance company efficiencies.
Identify and influence critical stakeholders, proactively problem solve, and recommend solutions.
Develop best in class planning team via strong leadership skills, training, and mentoring.
