The Talent Partner, People Connection & Attraction team is a strategic arm to the company’s overall success and continued growth. This role is a trusted advisor to our internal business partners and responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring best in class talent. PUMA is currently looking for a Talent Partner to join our growing team in Somerville, MA. In this role, he/she will drive strategic hiring plans for critical roles that supports our hiring managers and business growth both for the Regional and Boston International teams.
Manage full cycle recruiting and pipelining plans for all organizational levels within multiple business units delivering against service standards and hiring best practices
Partner with business stakeholders to implement innovative recruiting strategies based on current market conditions and trends for respective roles
Qualify, present, and recommend candidates to meet the needs of hiring managers by evaluating candidate fit, work experience, references, and other applicable information
Leverage social media, resume databases, search engines and networking sites, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, university partnerships, job fairs, community involvement to drive efficient and effective recruiting methods to identify and recruit top talent
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other Human Resources teams during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Compile and quality check all monthly and quarterly metrics reporting; evaluate trends that drive opportunities for improvement
Partner with multi-location and global hiring managers to create talent and D&I strategies that increases quality hires and develops strong relationships
Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand hiring needs and job specifications
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
