- Master Talent Acquisition from search to onboarding for the fast-growing PUMA ecommerce business, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the entire process
- In cooperation with hiring managers identify and implement recruitment activities that result in securing right match of talents to meet business’ needs
- Conduct proactive search and build the network of suitable E-Commerce candidates both for approved roles and potential future needs
- Perform hands on talent acquisition activities to drive recruitment efforts including role briefings, candidate screening, initial assessments, and interviews
- Leverage all available tools and measures to attract right talent for the right job opportunity (social media platforms, sourcing channels, direct search, job boards, universities platforms, etc.)
- Be ambassador of our values: Be YOU, Be TOGETHER, Be VIBRANT and Be DRIVEN
- Track and constantly improve key KPIs such as job posting engagement rate, candidate conversion rate, time to hire.
