This role will be joining PUMA’s People & Organization team at a critical point in the company’s growth trajectory in Somerville, MA.
Manage full cycle recruiting process for all organizational levels within multiple business units delivering against service standards and hiring best practices
Develop and manage recruitment marketing/sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements
Leverage social media, resume databases, search engines and networking sites, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, university partnerships, job fairs, community involvement, etc. to identify and recruit top talent
Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, building talent pipelines to ensure there are always multiple qualified candidates in play
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the process to include: negotiating rates, assignment details, legal agreements, onboarding and off-boarding of Temporary staff
