Your Mission

  • Build, maintain and coordinate purchasing critical path across the Local supplied articles, as well as Direct Customers from Global Suppliers
  • Build and maintain purchasing in line with any critical information from the global purchasing calendar
  • Work Closely with our Sports Licensing Team as well as the local suppliers in terms of Production and purchasing planning to ensure our Team and customer have their products in full & on time
  • Identify peak volume periods and proactively coordinate with stakeholders to achieve optimum stock flow for Retail and Wholesale
  • Lead and control with scheduling of all current and future forecasts orders with local manufacturers
  • Work closely with the Sports Licensing team in ensuring all Trims & Accessories managed and maintained
  • Assist the Sports Licensing team with all Post Embellishment Programs relating to each licensed property
  • Ensure PO’s are raised at appropriate time to fulfill customer demand
  • Prepare information for pre-purchase meetings with relevant departments to align volume and timing
  • Maintain the PO status in the system to ensure all data is accurate and updated
  • Manage the PO order hold to align with demand
  • Regular liaise with local suppliers to maximize production planning and execute priorities
  • PO Reporting and Fulfillment reporting including analysis & suggested actions
  • Pre & Post buy reporting – aligning to business OTB
  • Create and maintain ad-hoc reports to support Sport Licensing and Direct Customers to have regular, transparent and clear information flow

Your Talent

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Planning, Merchandising or related functions
  • Education: Degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent preferred
  • High level of IT skills in Microsoft applications, specifically MS Excel
  • SAP experience highly regarded
  • Power BI exposure preferred
