- Can you provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPI's?
- The ability to develop the team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with the company's cornerstones and service standards?
- Do you achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts?
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company's standards
- Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance requirements in a timely manner
- Are you flexible to continue working non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; and overtime if necessary?
