Your Talent
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years experienced in retail industry with strong managerial skills.
- Able to work in shift as a monthly based schedule (6 days a week). / Willing to work a flexible schedule and upon assignment.
- Experience in using some well-known Point of Sales (POS)
- Strong in Leadership skill and able to adapt to various contexts and persons.
- Strong fashion / sport background in the international companies is preferred.
- Excellence command of both English and Thai.
Your Mission
Job description
- Manage the overall store properly & lead team efficiency, Spend 85% of their working time on the sales floor engaging with consumers, selling, and coaching employees.
- Ensuring the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, Margin and Profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and legendary service.
- Directly responsible for execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise. Manage inventory within store within target, work with retail buyer for replenishment and transfer between stores to hit sale target.
- Responsible for accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk, with proper operation of the POS system, handling forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensuring proper discounts are applied when applicable. Also, responsible for processing employee transactions while adhering to the Associate Discount Policy & Procedure.
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company standards.
