- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
- Talent Development: A knack for identifying, training, and retaining top talent.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and inspire both your team and customers.
- Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects and events.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other essential tools.

Your Mission
What You'll Do:
- Lead by Example: Spend 85% of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, selling, and coaching your team to success.
- Drive Sales: Strategically manage the store to achieve and exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that lives and breathes PUMA’s brand values.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer interaction is aligned with PUMA’s world-class service standards.
- Optimize Operations: Oversee inventory, loss prevention, and operational compliance, ensuring a seamless and profitable store environment.
- Be the Brand Ambassador: Communicate and execute marketing initiatives, events, and visual guidelines, maintaining PUMA's distinctive brand identity.
