Your Mission

  • Preparing and presenting the seasonal strategy for each category
  • Working inventively to brainstorm new thoughts in the market to progress the brand forward while maintaining the various attributes of products.
  • In order to receive customer objectives and retention the job demands development and delivery of new communication strategies related to activities of sports.
  • Creating marketing strategies around a particular sports segment.
  • Searching for the right ambassadors/players for the categories
  • Working within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each category/key initiative
  • Working with the related team to develop detailed marketing plans for all channels
  • Working closely with the media manager to set up the right KPI's and channels for each campaign
  • Responsible from event management throughout the year
  • Working on potential collaborations with celebrities for relevant campaigns throughout the year
  • Handling all launch activities around the products
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor campaigns/activities
  • Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship management; specific experience with athletes is desired.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and with desired end results is important.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the sports category and marketplace.
  • Passionate about sport and sport culture.
