Your Mission

  • Sample Fit review and Approval for production to follow.
  • Execute induction training for new Suppliers on Pattern system and quality standards / Measurement chart / Technical documents.
  • Execute advance Technical training and Workshop for FE suppliers on timely basis with the help of Specialist in the industry.
  • Provide feedback on Technical pack accuracy / completeness & enhancements to product developers on a demand basis.
  • Manage Final Measurement chart approval before bulk production.
  • Carry out Initial Technical reviews with Suppliers at sample proto stage on a selective basis. Work on Preventative measures at the earliest development stage with the consideration on Production feasibility.
  • Provide technical support during the Product development trip.
  • Travel periodically to FE factories to review and upgrade their progress on sampling performance.
  • Carry out assignments at the discretion of the Technical Manager

Your Talent

  • Technical qualification in garment / textile degree
  • 5 or above working experience in a related field.
  • Good knowledge of pattern making, sewing and fitting.
  • A working knowledge of woven and knit fabrics.
  • Familiar with various international test method and standards (ISO, JIS) would be an advantage.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with various working stakeholders.​Computer skill – MS office & pattern software.
  • Good communication skills in English are required.
