Directly reporting the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Partner, People Connection & Attraction team is a strategic arm to the company’s overall success and continued growth. This role is a trusted advisor to our internal business partners and will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring best in class talent. The incumbent will be a lead to support other members of the Talent Acquisition team to elevate and enhance current recruiting processes and programs.
Execute full cycle recruiting and pipelining plans for various levels and roles across different business units by driving creative and innovative recruitment methods
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Develop and execute creative strategies supporting a variety of recruiting events including informational sessions, D&I initiatives and other activities that promote PUMA’s culture & hiring efforts
Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand hiring needs and job specifications; utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting approaches to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
Collaborate with multi-location and global hiring managers to create talent and D&I strategies that increases quality hires and develops strong relationships
Partner with different leaders to improve and implement process improvement recommendations
Manage Temporary Workforce in partnership with the Assistant, Talent, internal customers, and third-party vendors
Partner with the HRIS and Talent Acquisition teams to conduct monthly operational and compliance audits
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies .
