Your Mission

  • Act as the technical lead of PUMA Digital Workplace initiative:
    • Lead and coordinate the development across internal and external resources
    • Solution Design
    • Definition of software architecture on basis of Microsoft Cloud Technologies
    • Ensure the accessibility, performance, and stability of services
    • Assess and implement new development standards and tools
  • Vendor and resource management of external Digital Workplace development resources and partners
  • Drive and coordinate the competence center “Development- Low/Code no Code solutions” as well as “Business Process Solutions and Automation”,
  • Drive the overall Digital Workplace initiative together with the relevant stakeholders and focus on
    • MS roadmaps (Development/Technical updates/Power Platforms)
    • MS Power Platform
    • Technical strategy
    • IT security
    • Alignments with IT Infrastructure team
  • Provide technical and development support inside of the Business Supporting Solutions department
  • Manage support and operation for the Digital Workplace Solutions area
  • Lead, manage and develop the area and direct reports

Your Talent

  • Digital/Modern Workplace enthusiast, MS tool suite expert/fan
  • Profound and deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, especially MS Power Platform (deep knowledge in SharePoint, Exchange online and MS teams)
  • 7+ years of experience in web application development and/or technical architecture
  • Several years of experience and in-depth expertise in .net programming
  • Excellent knowledge in Javascript frameworks - react/angular
  • Working knowledge in AAD authentication and Oauth
  • Deep knowledge in Azure web app development and microservice architecture
  • Detailed knowledge in MS power platform and/or other low code tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and DB programming
  • Several years of experience in technical project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products is a plus.
