Your Mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member joining our Business Solutions team in our Headquarters in Herzogenaurach. We are looking for a team member that ensures successful delivery of projects and that drives related change. We need you to:

  • Take an influential and leading role in delivering the very ambitious PUMA ERP and digital solutions roadmap
  • Develop our agile project methodology further and coach teams to apply it
  • Build business cases and help define KPIs to ensure fact-based project steering
  • Plan projects addressing their scope, timeline and budget constraints and deliver these within these dimensions while addressing all project risks
  • Ensure alignment of each project within the overall roadmap
  • Coordinate cross-functional, international project team, also being on-site
  • Communicate to all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Hand-over delivered projects to target organizations addressing potential change and ensuring the sustainability of that project.

Your Talent

  • 2-4 years working experience in a comparable position in an international work environment in the fashion, consumer goods or retail industry or in management consulting
  • Experience in planning and executing software projects including business transformation and change management, ideally experience in SAP implementation projects
  • High proficiency in software-related project management skills (classical project methodology and agile methodology such as Scrum)
  • Excellent analytical and English skills
  • A hands-on and service mindset that drives to perform
  • A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
  • Embracing international exposure and willingness to travel
