Your Mission

  • Work closely with the different part of the Innovation team, Creative Direction and BU peers to drive the research and insights plan/roadmap 
  • Create streams of workflow and communication on the innovation stories across the brand 
  • Connect the dots in all phases of research to provide a holistic evaluation of new concepts to achieve objectives as well as high level of efficiency and accountability 
  • Question methods, results and applications and think outside normal paradigms to find creative ways around barriers 
  • Set the framework to apply learnings for performance products and street-ready concepts 
  • Drive research programs with external partners that focus on delivering proven performance insights both on hypothesis and validation level 
  • Create the contractual outline with legal for external partners collaborations 
  • Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders 
  • Work closely and bond with some our key athletes.

Your Talent

  • Experience in complex project management with at least 4-5 years of experience  
  • Display awareness and understanding of the athletic consumer and sportwear culture 
  • Visualize high quality overview of products rollout and concepts. Create, build and present in depth product storytelling 
  • Ability to work as a partner across divisions and functions to define and develop unique product stories. Be an ambassador of innovation 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and social skills 
  • A strong team player 
  • First leadership skills including the ability to drive and mentor others are a plus.
