SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, RUN/TRAIN

Your Mission

  • Lead the development of the franchise/category story, concepts and product stories in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Product Line Management (PLM) team, and Brand
  • Work with PLM teams to align apparel and footwear stories for key initiatives and concepts (inline with seasonal direction), including inputting on key looks and the development of ideas, materials, and story lines
  • Provide product marketing support and materials for key account meetings and milestones to aid sell-in of concepts. Attend and present if needed
  • For key milestones, lead the creation of sell-in deck materials related to product marketing stories including product, consumer, and cultural insights and formulating first ‘big ideas’ for marketing concepts for key and category initiatives and create initial creative direction for them
  • Post milestone, working with teams to adjust marketing stories and creative where needed in line with regional/account feedback
  • Onboard Internal Creative Agency (ICA) and other creative partners on product creative and positioning and manage the development and approval process with key stakeholders (BU/Brand)

Your Talent

  • 8+ years industry experience with knowledge of the product creation process
  • Previous brand marketing experience at an agency or in-house - previous retail experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, and Word with excellent quantitative and organization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally as a group in a global organization
  • Knowledge of and passion for the sports marketplace
  • Entrepreneurial and creative spirit and energy with the ability to think outside the box and multitask
  • Detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, self-confident and proactive
  • This role is currently located in our Boston, MA office but in mid-2021, it will transition to our new office building in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA
