Drive & Execute the BU exclusive Special Make Up Product (SMU) for the target European Brand Accounts (e.g. Footlocker). Direct the (exclusive) key account projects end to end including article efficiency, article budgets, hit rates, range planning, creating briefings.
Lead the full product creation process through collaborative efforts with design, development, and merchandising. Develop Exclusive FTW Range Plans with the assigned account, build marketing plans and long-term strategic franchise plans.
Build strong SMU product propositions & strategies and present them to customers & internal stakeholders. Prepare and present ( SMU) ranges and business related topics – with targeted audience in mind - by making use of relevant structure and content. Give clear direction and information to all cross functional departments involved in the Regional Creation Center process (Development, Design, Account Marketing, Sales and Merchandising) and work collaboratively with the inline categories.
