Your Mission
- Initiate and drive new product & story innovation through developing new athlete and consumer insights with clear unique selling positions
- Create, communicate and brief new product ideas to product team (Design/Development)
- Plan overall international product line strategy that delivers statement as well as commercial product achieving short term and long targets (Gross Sales, Product Margins etc.)
- Proactively manage product process from concept to market as well as overall progression of product line
- Travel extensively, domestically and internationally, to continuously develop consumer, account and market knowledge
- Conduct overall industry analysis, market research, consumer research and competitive analysis
- Create business plan that assesses market opportunity and defines strategy to ensure successful product introductions
- Align with Marketing & Merchandising to plan new product introduction
- Present new product line at key customer accounts as well as International Sales Meetings.
