Your Mission

  • Responsible for product briefing, ongoing research and analysis of competitor and market price and product benchmarking
  • On-going analysis of forecasts and sales reports to monitor current performance and identify future opportunities as well as style/article efficiencies
  • Manage the market and competitor analysis in partnership with Global and Regional Merchandising organizations for relevant distribution channels, key accounts and consumers targets
  • Plan a product range that delivers against margin targets and volume goals
  • Directly contribute to the development of the global strategy and supervise the development of marketing tools and marketing studies for the assigned product range
  • Align with design, development and merchandising teams to ensure that the final collection is reflecting the global market needs
  • Develop and present Category and Range plans with global partners in the apparel department, cross functional PODs and to Management
  • Prepare and deliver impactful product and program presentations at internal and external meetings

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising/marketing, business management, or other apparel/fashion related discipline with 8+ years of international product experience
  • Experience working with Performance Apparel in the capacities of sales, product, and merchandising
  • Product and project management skills including technical product knowledge in the areas of development timelines, costing/pricing, supplier capabilities, and fabrication
  • Overall business orientation with the ability to be analytical and demonstrate effective presentations skills in both small and large groups
  • Proven ability to develop networks and maintain fair, open, and honest relationships cross functionally
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle a variety of tasks at the same time, and within a dynamic organization
  • MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • This role is based in the downtown Boston office. In mid-2021, the role will transition to the new office in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA
