Responsible for product briefing, ongoing research and analysis of competitor and market price and product benchmarking
Oversee the strategy and business development of the Running Apparel category
Conduct on-going analysis of forecasts and sales reports to monitor current performance and identify future opportunities
Demonstrate expertise in the Running market and competition and conduct constant analysis in partnership with Global and Regional Merchandising organizations for relevant distribution channels, key accounts and consumers targets.
Plan a product range that delivers against margin targets and volume goals
Directly contribute to the development of the global strategy and supervise the development of marketing tools for the Running Apparel product range.
Align with design, development and merchandising teams to ensure that the final collection is reflecting the global market needs
Develop and present Category and Range plans with global partners in the apparel department, cross functional PODs and to Management
Prepare and deliver impactful product and program presentations at internal and external meetings
Manage and grow one direct report
