Your Mission
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders for responsible corporate teams
Drive strategic initiates in partnership with business leaders to attract, develop and retain top talent in the organization through succession planning and employee development
Provide effective, creative, and objective employee relations support through coaching, policy interpretation, progressive disciplinary action, and incident investigation
Guide managers through the talent management process to ensure consistency, clarity, and achievable action plans
Identify learning opportunities for employees to offer ongoing development
Support respective functional teams with headcount planning; have a clear understanding of open positions with the Connection & Attraction Team
Generate and analyze P&O metrics and reports to assess and communicate the effectiveness of people management practices including talent management, recruiting, employee relations, retention and turnover
Conduct exit interviews with employees who voluntarily resign from the organization; provide feedback as appropriate, tracks results and analyze data
Oversee immigration cases; visa, PERM and renewals in partnership with outside legal firm
Ensure compliance with P&O-related federal, state, local and company rules are regulations by staying abreast of general and common regulations and legal resources; contribute to the development of compliance components of policies and programs
Participate in P&O Department projects as needed
