Your Mission

  • Manage and develop a small but effective team of eCom specialists and project managers.
  • Lead the implementation of new eCom systems and processes from the definition of business requirements to the successful roll out.
  • Liaise with internal and external service providers for the technical realization of strategic projects as for example the implementation of new Marketplaces or the expansion to additional regions.
  • Proactively review existing work structures, processes and service providers to ensure an efficient, resilient and scalable system landscape.
  • Present new concepts and status updates to middle management.
  • Manage 3rd party service providers in the area of Order Management and Payment Services.
  • Ensure a smooth order flow through all operations systems and interfaces – from order placement to fulfilment in the eCom warehouse – to keep the delivery promise to the customer.
  • Monitor stock synchronization across all channels. Conduct regular analysis and take measures to avoid cancellations or lost opportunity by incorrect stock.
  • Coordinate and execute the testing of new functionalities in backend systems; Provide detailed test scenarios and feedback.
  • Create and run ad-hoc reports to identify irregularities, needs for service improvements and derive meaningful actions.
  • Align with PUMA Finance, Accounting and IT teams to ensure efficient payment and ERP processes.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar field
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce, IT, logistics or related areas
  • Proven experience in managing cross functional projects
  • Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in coordinating internal and external service providers
  • Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
  • Profound analytical skills and ability to work with details; Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Fluent in German and English
