Your Mission

  • Compile and analyses product performance data and identify missed opportunities
  • Forecast twice per season
  • Identify communication, PR styles to align with marketing programming grid
  • Submit final order, if necessary, top up order to meet minimum, for order consolidation before order window deadline
  • Collect feedback from sales and key accounts through pre-line meetings and fine tune the range to maximize the sales opportunities
  • Prepare and conduct national sales meeting, key accounts pre-line meeting and trade shows 4 times per year
  • Provide product information for front line staff training
  • Work closely with product operations team and monitor the delivery schedule on floor to align with marketing grid and product ISD launches
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnership and communicate effectively with internal colleagues
  • Train, motivate and develop team to ensure effective performance and growth through consistent on the job training.
  • Build up Thailand range and ensuring target margin (in alignment w/ Finance team) and SKU efficiency are achieved.
  • Attend Quarterly pre-line meeting and recommend the product needs, product flow and pricing strategies relevant to the market
  • Provide own and competitive pricing range report on a quarterly/seasonal basis to see the competitiveness of PM products
  • Lead and drive the order management team to ensure that the final buy placed is sufficient to meet our seasonal financial targets
  • Monitor closely with operations to ensure on time delivery and alert related parties in case of late arrival of key initiatives products

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • 5+ years’ Experience in working with a fashion / branded environment
  • Previous branded retail experience preferred (ideally in sporting goods industry in Thailand)
  • Proven competency as a Merchandising (Product) Manger (minimum 5 years)
  • Knowledge and experience with merchandising systems is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills, detail- minded
  • Ability to negotiate effectively whilst maintaining collaborative working relationships
  • Proven strong analytical acumen to identify and resolve business performance issues specifically in forecasting and planning models and strong technical and operation experience
  • Able to work independently
