Your Mission

  • Understand the business needs and provide seasonal marketing plans (including social media plan) and direction to Sales Areas for Cobra Puma Golf Europe
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Regional Sports Marketing and Merchandising team to identify key seasonal stories and lead the communication and planning for key marketing initiatives
  • Provide the overall direction for our look and feel at local events such as demo/fitting days and other consumer engaging activities
  • Responsible for the overall look in-store across the region including direction of POS material
  • Provide direction and activation plan around Key Moments in time for the DTC team to drive traffic to site
  • Work in close collaboration with Area marketing teams to support and follow up on marketing initiatives and activation plans
  • Protect our brands across all channels and markets to ensure the consumer always get the best experience of our brands

Your Talent

  • At least 6 years of work experience in brand, product or retail marketing with an emphasis on sports and/or consumer categories
  • Previous experience working in a golf marketing role, with a focus on marketing strategy, project management and community building is a plus
  • High affinity for golf culture and excellent knowledge of the golf market
  • Very strong verbal and editorial/writing skills in English as well as excellent storytelling skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
  • Must be well-organized, able to act independently, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment
