Your Mission

  • Manage and guide the outlet field visual merchandising team to ensure commerciality and brand equity is met, focusing on the money-driving collections in close alignment with the outlet buying strategy and promotional marketing direction
  • Define and monitor store visit frequency of field team to stores, based on priorities and business needs
  • Define new concepts and tailor them to different store concept in the rollout
  • Define and rollout VM guidelines, train the team and continuously challenge the standards to improve the status quo
  • Identify new visual merchandising tools to enhance the customer experience, working closely with marketing in the roll-out process to translate the idea instore
  • Deliver visual merchandising training tools to the field visual merchandising team to meet promotional needs, ensuring commercial product setups considering graphics, fixtures, zonings
  • Training the area visual merchandisers to achieve PUMA visual standards and ensure they understand the zoning and product categorization standards

Your Talent

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising in the fashion industry, working within the Factory Outlet business is a major plus Proven track record in a leadership role
  • Experience in creating visual merchandising guidelines,
  • Strong sense of creativity and an eye for trends
  • Sharp analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent MS Office skills, photoshop is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, team player with a 'fun-to-work-with' approach
  • Fluent in English - German and other European languages are a plus
  • Experience with retail store concepts is advantageous
  • Ability to travel within Europe
