Your Mission

  • Work closely with all Business Units, Commercial Marketing and various regional E-Commerce teams to create a consistent, consumer centric and premium experience across all PUMA websites
  • Owns the website frontend style guide and projects from UX strategy to design in alignment with platform development
  • Develop and promote strategic design thinking across all regions
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external content providers and agencies, consultants and partners
  • Development of creative assets and tools needed to effectively communicate the PUMA message to consumers
  • Work closely with 3rd party vendor to brief, develop and implement site enhancements for the regions
  • Analyze user insights to find the balance between user and business needs and customer journey
  • Project planning that includes project objectives, project plan, timelines and deliverables
  • Look out for trends to optimize UX/UI continuously

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's Degree in design, marketing, CX, design or similar
  • 4+ years of experience working in customer experience, service design or user experience (diversity of roles preferred).  Will substitute for strong experience in content management and development in a D2C ecommerce environment
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of UX research across varied users, business problems, and devices
  • Proficiency in tools that create and communicate customer journey designs - with the ability to journey map, wireframe, present and lecture/teach the findings
  • A team-oriented person and a strong communicator, able to work with different cultures and departments
  • Experience managing a small team of SMEs (2-5 people)
  • Strong sense for consumer-first design and development
