(SENIOR) MANAGER PRODUCT COMPLIANCE

Your Mission

  •  Be the subject matter expert on the requirements and management of product compliance matters globally, including product labeling, product standards, product registrations, product testing, and product claims 
  •  Define and establish overall strategy for product compliance management
  •  Continuously monitor and assess legal regulations and industry guidelines; advise on their applicability to /compliance to of PUMA’s products. 
  •  Be the subject matter expert and review industry guidelines and monitor applicability/compliance to PUMA’s products.
  •  Develop, document and maintain a long term repeatable process with clearly defined procedure and periodic review.
  •  Develop, document, implement and monitor long term iterative protocols having clearly defined steps. Periodically review such protocols for necessary updates and improvements.  
  •  Align and collaborate with colleagues at global HQ level, regional level and country level on global guidelines; review methodologies and best practices.
  •  Provide support to PUMA teams from a legal, technical or operational standpoint on regulations and related documentation in an accurate, timely, practical and efficient manner
  •  Liaise with trade associations and other bodies to help influence and support industry norms.
  • Conduct research and lead regular assessments to ensure the adequacy and compliance of product categories at a global scale, while managing risk effectively

Your Talent

  • Relevant academic degree with more than 5 years experience in product compliance
  • Comfortable in working for dynamic matrix organization and agile project environment
  • General business understanding of footwear, apparel and accessories supply chain
  • Ability to analyze, structure and manage complex scenarios
  • Strong communication competence in English
  • Self starter with hands on attitude and continuous sense of curiosity
