Your Mission

  • Responsible for establishing the strategy and executing the key go-to-market tactics for soccer in the US to drive awareness and sell thru of key products  

  • Responsible for developing programming to increase PUMA brand awareness, visibility and desirability via compelling, on-brand and commercially relevant marketing that drives demand for PUMA soccer product. 

  • Responsible for managing the programming & relationships with PUMA’s key soccer specialty accounts in the US 

  • Responsible for managing, coaching & leading a team to achieve business objectives  

  • Responsible for managing a team that oversees the maximization of PUMA’s key soccer athletes, youth club partners and grassroots events  

  • Partner with cross-functional marketing team members in communications, visual experience & creative to develop integrated omni-channel marketing plans 

  • Partner with sales & merchandising team members to strategically design plans that support key product & business needs within the soccer category  

  • Support Marketing Leadership Team on all aspects of the Go-To-Market Process 

  • Proactively leverage data, market insights, marketing tools and the spectrum of marketing channels to develop and execute impactful strategic recommendations 

  • Meet deadlines, leading internal teams, accurately budget/forecast, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring. 

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications. 

  • At least 7-9 years of brand, product or retail marketing. 

  • Passion for sneaker, sport, music and/or fashion industries. 

  • Strong knowledge of the soccer category and soccer account marketing  

  • Strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and an effective communicator. 

  • Must possess strong presentation skills. 

  • Excellent writing and organization skills. 

  • Proven ability to work independently with limited day-to-day direction. 

  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive. 

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms. 

  • 15% travel required.
