Your Mission

  • Implement Entertainment marketing programs for PUMA as part of the overall Global marketing strategy and in support of KI’s and priority brand initiatives  
  • Partner and work cross-functionally with the Business Unit, Central Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to develop strategy and plans to then execute against category and channel marketing campaigns for both general Entertainment Marketing and talent partner specific plans
  • Manage talent/brand asset relationships as they pertain to PUMA-related programs and initiatives; assist with managing talent needs and requirements according to marketing and activation plans and inline with talent contracts
  • Identify, secure and build relevant entertainment partnerships and opportunities that drive and enhance the PUMA brand and its business 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key talent and industry contacts (stylists, publicists and managers, record labels, etc.) and secure meaningful placement of PUMA product in line with seasonal brand priorities
  • Budget planning and management
  • Support in pitching new partners and building materials for those pitches; build deal memos/offers and support in contract negotiations alongside PUMA’s legal team
  • Regular communication of entertainment placement results and wrap up reports to the Central Marketing team and other departments

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Entertainment Marketing and Partnership management a must (prior experience with footwear or streetwear brands a plus)
  • Ability to develop strategy and planning documents and think creatively about how to integrate brand needs within talent partner plans and ideas 
  • Comfort in negotiating contracts and an understanding of language used within talent partner contracts
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Energetic with excellent people skills
  • Dependable and responsible with the ability to take initiative
  • Strong work ethic; Self motivated; Fast learner
