Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Creative Planner who is responsible for planning, managing, tracking and organizing all aspects of creative requests from start to finish at the campaign/category program level. Working closely with the Central Marketing creative, production, marketing teams and outside vendors, the CP will establish best practices in process and timeline management to ensure objectives and business goals are met in a timely and efficient manner. The CP will serve as one of our in house process leaders across multiple marketing channels working with a team of CPs, producers, and creative team members.

  • Primary day-to-day contact with PUMA Internal Creative Agency (ICA), external agency partners, and consumer journey touchpoint team members. Facilitate the collection and dissemination of marketing materials created by the ICA, and all consumer touchpoint materials for key initiatives and launches.

  • Manage specific brand creative department project workflows including project prioritization, resource allocations, and project timelines/deadlines to ensure all projects are delivered on-time.

  • Lead and disseminate seasonal project timelines and drive collaborative creative processes under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholder groups

  • Work cross-functionally with the Global Retail Merchandising team and the BU’s to develop and release monthly / seasonal creative supporting key styles

  • Develop a comprehensive and consistent creative toolkit for the global Outlet Channel that includes both window and in-store creative

  • Work closely with regions to ensure that global guidance is executed effectively through routine calls, travel and sharing best-practice documents

  • Collaborate with the Global Retail Environments team to roll-out a consistent window and in-store display system for FOC.

  • Refine and establish best practice creative workflow and processes within area of responsibility.

  • Lead status meetings as needed with key stakeholders and ensure full project status transparency throughout the project. Effectively communicate project status and next steps daily, in alignment with project plan and timeline.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years project management experience within an in-house creative brand or agency, digital background is a plus.

  • Expert communication, organizational, written, and verbal skills.

  • Works well under pressure with proven ability to deliver work on schedule.

  • Understanding of the creative workflow and process (experience in design and/or production is a plus)

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with creative talent.

  • Experience managing internal workflow of multidisciplinary campaigns
