Your Mission

  • Analyze daily sale report and inventory report to help sales catch business opportunities and reduce risk
  • Provide daily inventory report and other support report to sales team. Balance resources base on business needs. Support key account manager to make decision.
  • Tracking and record monthly/seasonally/ yearly sales order and balance to go order status. Provide suggestions for sales team and balance resource base on business needs based on SAP
  • Support seasonal order consolidation, check and upload to system, order analysis based on SAP
  • Check with order OOH data , either before or after allocation process. Make data work smoothly of customer hand over process based on SAP

Your Talent

  • Bachelor degree in business, ideally with focus on sales, supply chain

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operation & admin

  • Sport & FMCG

  • MS applications (High level of Excel Knowledge), SAP experience would be plus

  • Preferably English written and spoken at business level
