Your Mission

Assist the Manager Design SEA to manage Store Development activities within the region including franchise store and company owned stores but not limited to:

Support & assist for incoming store projects drawings – ensuring design and lay-out in line with Global guidelines and principles. Coordination with landlord, mall management and submission for all approval process and site visit prior to opening. Maintain and Manage Store Databases – ensure and provide accurate and timely information, Maintain library of installation guides and fixture components for all existing and active store concepts.

Task 1: Project Design Support

Support & assist for incoming store projects drawings (new, relocations, refurbishments), including design lay-out, installation and time lines, ensuring that design and lay-out is done in line with Global guidelines and principles Ensure the design process incorporates PUMA Retail Standards, including SKU capacity  vs Sales Plan.

Task 2: Coordination Management, Guidance & Support

Coordination with landlord, mall management and submission for all approval process. Coordinate with all vendors to ensure that all aspects of the opening are considered in the planning process. Provide guidance and support to ensure that Project Plans are realistic and enables timely opening of the store, incorporating visual merchandising and operational set-up. Ensure that all countries, including distributor countries, within the Region have up-to-date information on all current store concepts, design guidelines and –principles.

Task 3: Store Database Management

Through collection and validation of data in GSM portal, ensure that the Region has a complete overview of all Branded consumer touch points, ranging from franchise, distributor-owned and Owned & Operated PUMA stores, including Shop in shops, Free-standing stores and Full Price and Factory Outlet stores Align and coordinate with countries, distributors and the APAC Retail Analyst, ensuring that a project pipeline is updated weekly with regards to budgeted, incoming and pending store openings by country, store type and data. Provide monthly updates to senior management on the project pipeline as well existing stores responsible for maintaining a library of installation guides and fixture component designs and specifications  for all store concepts in existense throughout the Region Provide information and support when required to countries in order to ensure that fixtures can be maintained or repaired in accordance with the original design intent.

Your Talent

Education: Bachelor degree in Architecture or relevant studies

Professional: 3-4 years in similar role in project management from architect, design, or construction with focus on retail

IT Skills: MS Office; Auto-CAD and design software

Language Skills: Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus; Fluency in English a must

Competencies: Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving; Customer Focus; Structured and Organised; Independent, Self-motivated; Result-driven

Functional Skills: Interior- and Store Design understanding; Construction understanding; Logistical skills
