Your Mission

  • Drive internal buy timeline and secure output of key dates

  • Modify product information with consistency as internal product database

  • Input and maintain product information in internal systems

  • Develop seasonal allocation plan and get alignment with product team, EC marketing team and operation team

  • Track coming order delivery and potential impacts from late deliveries, short shipment, partial delivery, and raise concern to e-planning team

  • Complete analytics to support balancing stock within different EC marketplace and across channels as needed

  • Study and set up allocation and replenishment methodology between CDC and RDC

  • Support Ecom platform merchandiser to initial and execute EC product calendar

  • Update and refresh EC product calendar according to product attributes changing or marketplace’s request

  • Provide data analysis from different merchandise KPI angle

  • Develop analysis report on product sales and inventory performance

  • Review and validate the BU and category strategy, and top seasonal initiatives with leaderships and cross function to give a complete EC Channel view

  • Study marketplace backstage data information and reporting system, to share product innovation thinking among competitors or marketplaces

Your Talent

  • Bachelor degree in Economics / Business preferred with good business acumen

  • At least 2 years of merchandising or retail product allocation (with E-commerce) experience

  • Experience with TP cooperation preferred

  • Fluent in Written English/Oral English good preferred

  • Working Knowledge of MS office programs (Word, PPT, Excel)

  • Strong interpersonal/influencing skills

  • Details & result driven

  • Able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours

  • A good team player

  • Able to work independently under huge pressure with minimal supervision

  • Detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency
