Your Mission

  • Responsible for fabric development including existing fabric, fabric resourcing, and AOP fabric
  • Drive proactive cross functional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with Development Team, Material Team, Colorist to sense / overcome any quality related cases
  • Contribute to the development process actively by proposing alternative fabric options
  • Manage, execute and monitor, time and action plans to ensure on time delivery
  • Ensure on time product finalization & pass of standards prior to bulk order placement
  • Coordinate and liaise with all branch offices and support local for local fabric development
  • Provide Technical advice/ support/ comments on new & existing fabric during development

Your Talent

  • High Diploma or Degree in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline
  • 5 years or above experience in fabric development (knits & woven)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of textiles production,  fabric construction, functional performance
  • Familiar with sustainability & traceability concepts
  • Strong understanding of testing requirements
  • Able to follow-through with attention to details
  • Practiced agile working techniques in dynamic environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
