Your Mission
- Demonstrate excellence in creation and execution of innovative designs following the brand, category and product strategies
- Take ownership of the whole design process, from ideation till final production approval
- Contribute to the formulation of the seasonal creative direction and support the Teamhead guiding and supervising the team through it’s implementation
- Elaborate and present concepts, sketches and final designs in a compelling, clear, transparent and effective way to the design team as well as our product counterparts and external stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a holistic approach to the product as well as a consumer centered strategy, following the brand’s perspective
- Integrate product, functional and technical developments into design tasks in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer engagement
- Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary
- Collect market intelligence, providing all accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizing them effectively
- In support of the Teamhead, help to manage, mentor and inspire other members of the design team as well as external resources (freelancers, etc)
- Keep track and support the team to deliver projects in line with PUMA development calendar.
