Your Mission

  • Responsible for managing mid-large scale integrated productions from production kick off through content delivery
  • Set and communicate timelines and ensure all milestones and budget are met from pre-production thru to post- production
  • Advise stakeholders in all content production related matters with creative and budgetary solutions for improving quality
  • Sourcing and evaluating appropriate vendors (photographers, videographers, production companies, design firms, agencies, illustrators etc.). to ensure creative and production are supported by the best resources
  • Responsible for managing seasonal budgets, creating project specific budgets, and managing and costs associated with production
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to less experienced producers
  • Support Head of Production in all aspects of departmental business, including process and staffing 

Your Talent

  • 5 years as a producer/production manager at a creative agency or in-house marketing department with experience producing content for various creative channels
  • Understanding of production business affairs including music licensing, contract reviews, labor laws and clearance and talent considerations
  • Interpersonal communications skills as a team leader and a team player
  • Proven ability to work quickly and independently, anticipating, recognizing, and resolving problems with little to no supervision
  • Knowledge of varied cross platform production partners ranging from big companies to smaller suppliers. 
  • Negotiating skills and knowledge of competitive industry costs, fees, usage rights, and ability to negotiate accordingly
  • Travel up to 60%, domestic and international
  • This role is currently based in the downtown Boston office but in mid-2021, this role will transition to the new office in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA
