Your Mission

We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence.  This position will support various areas of the business as a pillar in our data-driven approach to operations and problem-solving. The role is currently located in Westford, MA and in mid-2021, PUMA North America Corporate Headquarters will be moving to Assembly Row - Somerville, MA.

  • Conceptualizes, develops, implements, and maintains reporting solutions in Power BI and Excel

  • Maintain robust Power BI visualization suite including row-level-security permissions, report access, report/dashboard/app building

  • Build new data modeling and visualization solutions in Power BI as required while adhering to reporting standards and best practices

  • Own Power BI support process, working with end users as appropriate

  • Follow and build standard operating procedures on data acquisition, manipulation, and presentation

  • Translate end-user requirements into technical specifications for development and junior-level members of the BI team

  • Support and manage third-party data integration projects, including enhancement requests and bugs

  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices

Your Talent

  • 4+ Years of experience in a similar role

  • BA/BS in finance, economics, mathematics, business, analytics, or quantitative study

  • Power BI experience in an enterprise setting, including report building, implementation and management of row-level-security, creation, and distribution of apps/reports/datasets

  • Advanced Excel skills required, particularly with Power Query (Get & Transform) and working with SSAS cubes

  • Advanced Power Pivot or data modeling experience

  • Expert-level DAX skills, including performance tuning

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform synergies (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) is required
