Your Mission

Build the digital tools necessary for the Sourcing business to ensure the daily needs are supported in the evolving landscape
Work with business teams to build and scale solutions that support the Sourcing business
Drive automation initiatives to empower operational and process digital transformation
Build and drive implementation of automation workflows for successful integration into business process
Design and map workflows needed to optimize business process and decrease manual work load, while ensuring alignment with product roadmap
Work with cross functional teams on data and systems to ensure data collection quality and work with the teams to resolve issues
Partner with business teams to understand and evaluate business process, focusing on process automation and potential

Your Talent

Bachelor’s degree in any related disciplines
3 – 4 years of experience in Process / Data Management
Experience in similar role in sporting goods/fashion/supply chain is a plus
Must have experience with process automation tools such as Python, Microsoft Automate, VBA
Experience with visualization tools as as PowerBI or Tableau is preferred
Execution experience to drive multiple projects
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
