University degree in Business administration, Sports Management and/or relevant field of study
At least 5+ years of work experience in a relevant department such as project management, business administration, business development, market research, sustainability or brand management
Profund experience and expertise in managing complex projects and processes across different channels and in a collaborative and international environment with various stakeholders
Strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills
Ability to see the bigger picture from start to finish in the commercial process
Open minded, flexible, open to travel and working in a multi-cultural environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent English language skills, further language skills are a plus
Experience in the fashion, athletic/apparel industry and understanding of the product development process are a plus
This opportunity will be available in full time or part time
Lead and drive cross-functional projects of strategic focus topics for the Business Unit Teamsport such as sustainability/circularity, women’s, digitalization, social responsibility, market research and consumer insights
Build and inspire cross-functional project teams with passion and clear project management tools
Build business plans for new business opportunities in relevant and unexploited areas such as metaverse/web3
Support the Head of Business Development Teamsport in the process of preparing and taking strategic business decisions
Lead in depth market research and consumer insights process with external agencies, present results to relevant stakeholders and ensure consideration for strategic business decisions
Build strong partnerships with PUMA key markets and functions and provide support with relevant data, tools, and strategic guidance
Further develop agile project management principles in the Business Unit and execute them in projects with various stakeholders
