You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and excellence of all tax and financial accounting matters for the PUMA brand, driving our performance both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Financial Mastery:
- Execute financial accounting tasks with agility, including processing accounting journals, monthly accruals, and provisions.
- Deliver timely and accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead the preparation of financial year-end files and annual statutory financial statements, showcasing your expertise.
Champion Compliance:
- Manage our tax compliance program like a pro, including monthly BAS & FBT returns and tax effect accounting calculations.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and local finance teams to handle income tax returns, transfer pricing, payroll tax, and more.
- Support statutory compliance and audits with the precision of a seasoned athlete, ensuring every detail is covered.
Drive Tax Excellence:
- Liaise with our regional tax department to manage tax projects and compliance tasks with finesse.
- Implement tax governance processes and prepare Tax SOPs for both direct and indirect taxes, setting the standard for excellence.
