Education:
Bachelor in Logistics/Customs/Supply Chain
IT Skills:
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office
WMS & ERP Knowledge
Professional:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Language Skills:
Practical in English – 100% English communication/documentation at work
Your Mission
Task 1: Customs Clearance Management
- Monitor broker performance
- Evaluate and perform product classification
- Validate import request and customs declaration
- Validate import value
- Process duty/tax payment request
- Follow tracker and SLA to ensure on time delivery and avoid storage, dem/dept
- Manage conformity regulation before or after import/export clearance
- Maintain HS code and document for customs audit/internal audit
- Trouble shooting related to CIPL and COO
- Support Manager’s request
Task 2: Warehouse Management
- Execute day-to-day operational activities of supply chain, inventory planning and logistics operations
- Evaluate daily inbound/outbound capacity through coordinating with internal stakeholder
- Evaluate Warehouse day-to-day picking, packing efficiency and also order accuracy
- Ensure warehousing operations is safe and it has efficiency improvements
- Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process
- Create policies or procedures for warehouse activities
- Responsible to monitoring warehouse order fulfillment
- Responsible for stocks return/ reverse management
- Support Manager’s request
Task 3: Inbound and Outbound Management
- Manage all inbound and outbound deliveries
- Monitor preadvice for freight collect for air/sea freight
- Monitoring container full fill rate and leadtime
- Forecasting volume per routine and manage actual delivery volume
- Monitoring warehouse loading to ensure no stocks has left over
- Ability to deliver successfully on time to scheduled required arrival date to the customer
- Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
- Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries regarding delivery status
- Ensuring that service quality is upheld
- Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively. Provide immediate and long-term solution
- Schedule/ arrange collection with Warehouse on Return Collection. Monitoring the return been pickup and reach destination on time
Task 4: Inventory Management
- Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements physical stocks and system in both Puma system and 3PL system
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are match
- Keep track and monitoring of short pick, temp-missing, slow moving and obsolete stock with 3PL warehouse and inventory team
- Take charge of the non-inventories such like paper bag and security tape is accurate
- Monitoring 3PL on daily inventory report and cycle count
- Stocktake responsible
Task 5: Report and Others
- All related reports are updated in excel/BI or SAP
- Following up trackers
- Conducts functional review meetings with internal customer WS, Retail, Ecom
- Organizing the Documents Library for related documents
- Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the manager
- Documentation and Filling
- Purchase to Pay for consumable or logistics related service
- Responsible to follow up all 3PL invoices. Validate invoice for payment processing
