Your Mission
The SAP Basis SEAOIN is responsible for the administration of the SAP R/3 and S/4 systems of the SEAOIN landscape which includes user provisioning, authorization management, maintenance planning and execution, monitoring and first level support.
SAP Basis administration of the SEAOIN SAP landscape and relevant connected systems and services.
Support and aid in SAP implementations, projects, updates, upgrades (systems and databases).
Work closely together with teams to ensure smooth service request execution and to uphold timelines and project plans
Performance related analysis and optimizations (application, database).
Coordinate especially with the IT infrastructure and IT security department(s) as well as SAP and project related departments changes and implementations to the landscape to ensure best practice implementation and adherence to the global strategies.
Look into and troubleshoot SAP Basis related issues.
Monitoring of the complete landscape including execution of incident handling, troubleshooting, testing, escalation and coordination of all relevant parties.
First and Second Level Support contact for SAP related issues within the SEAOIN region as well as operating and managing of service request tools and platforms.
Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and authorizations within SAP systems.
Implement and maintain security policies, roles, and authorizations according to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
