Your Talent

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related subjects, and SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Basis Certified. 
Professional: 3 years of experience with SAP Basis and administration, and working with SAP modules (SD/MM/FI/CO/WM) in the SAP S/4 environments, working in Application Support or Consulting background.
 IT Skills:  Strong SAP experience in SAP Basis, Project Management Tools (Confluence, Jira), Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project). 

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills – English – both verbal and written. 


  • Familiar with SAP ECC and HANA environments. 

  • Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on SAP Basis 

  • Strong business  acumen and ability to grasp business requirement from stakeholders. 

  • Embracing international exposure and willingness to travel. 

Functional Skills:  Strong experience in Project Management and result oriented.



Your Mission

The SAP Basis SEAOIN is responsible for the administration of the SAP R/3 and S/4 systems of the SEAOIN landscape which includes user provisioning, authorization management, maintenance planning and execution, monitoring and first level support. 

Task 1: SAP Basis Administration 
  • SAP Basis administration of the SEAOIN SAP landscape and relevant connected systems and services.  

  • Support and aid in SAP implementations, projects, updates, upgrades (systems and databases). 

  • Work closely together with teams to ensure smooth service request execution and to uphold timelines and project plans  

  • Performance related analysis and optimizations (application, database).  

  • Coordinate especially with the IT infrastructure and IT security department(s) as well as SAP and project related departments changes and implementations to the landscape to ensure best practice implementation and adherence to the global strategies. 

Task 2: Incident Management 
  • Look into and troubleshoot SAP Basis related issues. 

  • Monitoring of the complete landscape including execution of incident handling, troubleshooting, testing, escalation and coordination of all relevant parties. 

  • First and Second Level Support contact for SAP related issues within the SEAOIN region as well as operating and managing of service request tools and platforms. 

Task 3: User and Authorization Management  
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and authorizations within SAP systems. 

  • Implement and maintain security policies, roles, and authorizations according to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
