Your Mission

The primary objective of this role is to manage country major accounts including partnerships.  The role is responsible for establishing strong relationship with those accounts, understand their business needs, drive growth and Brand visibility.   You ensure budgets and distribution are in line with global/regional guidelines/KPI’s.


    GROW THE BUSINESS: Own and drive the key performance customers of the Country.   Identify opportunities and have a clear understanding of Brand goals vs Customer’s needs.  A key priority is sell-in and sales order management.
    OWN THE GO TO MARKET PROCESS:  Work with the Team Head  Performance to ensure that Performance Brand initiatives are delivered according to regional goals.  Provide input into Area Sales Plan and develop account, door and assortment plans.
    DRIVE BRAND DESIRABILITY: According to our distribution rules; ensure alignment in the way we communicate to the consumer. A key goal is Brand management.
    ALIGN WITH OTHER FUNCTIONS: Ensure strong alignment with other functions, particularly marketing, merchandising and sales operations.

Your Talent

    1-3 years relevant work experience in Account Sales Management, in Sport and Lifestyle Channel
    Advanced knowledge of account management (know how to put together and, complete an account Sales Plan, Road Map.)
    Consumer focus
    Strong presentation skills, and great verbal communication skills
    Strong planning and organization skills
    Proactive approach with high energy, drive and determination 
    Forecasting accuracy
    Drive for results
    Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills 
    Strong analytical skills
    Fluent in Dutch (this is a must), French and English

    The role is based out of our BeLux showroom in Brussels.
    Excellent computer skills including a good standard on Power Point, and Excel.
