The primary objective of this role is to manage country major accounts including partnerships. The role is responsible for establishing strong relationship with those accounts, understand their business needs, drive growth and Brand visibility. Ensure budgets and distribution are in line with global/regional guidelines/KPI’s.
GROW THE BUSINESS: Own and drive the key golf customers of the country.
Identify opportunities and have a clear understanding of Brand goals vs Customer’s needs. A key priority is sell-in and sales order management.
OWN THE GO TO MARKET PROCESS: Work with the Team Head Brand Experience Golf and the Team Head Performance to ensure that Cobra PUMA Golf initiatives are delivered according to regional goals. Provide input into Area Sales Plan and develop account, door and assortment plans.
DRIVE BRAND DESIRABILITY: According to our distribution rules; ensure alignment in the way we communicate to the consumer. A key goal is Brand management.
ALIGN WITH OTHER FUNCTIONS: Ensure strong alignment with other functions, particularly marketing, merchandising and sales operations.
