Your Mission

  • Manage sales planning, reporting and operational processes
  • Provide planning support to the sales team ensuring overall GTM process and schedules are adhered to.
  • Facilitate organization of seasonal trade shows with Merchandising and Retail teams
  • Daily operational management of sales administration; account opening process, distribution contract management, customer product returns, channel development process, shipment ,management, order allocation tracking, etc.
  • Sales Information management
  • Work with the finance, IT and merchandising teams to ensure sales information are accurately collected, stored and reported.
  • Prepare report and templates for the sales team to submit respective sales reports; consolidate and provide analysis and insights that can affect the overall business.
  • Needed reports:  Customer KPI tracking, Sales Forecast, Gross to Net, KPI tracking, New/Close/Refit Door Tracking, Inventory tracking, etc.
  • Develop the sales analysis for the management team to understand the situation of all accounts and provide insights that may help in decision making. 
  • Integration of Sales initiatives with cross functional team (w/ retail, marketing, Mdsg., IT, finance, logistics), during the key milestones, namely Line Freeze/360 periods, pre/post-NSM/Pre-Line and TS organization up to launch of products; and up to ST tracking and review, campaign door planning, cross-functional projects (e.g. GSM/CSM, TS order management system, global forecasting/ISR/Forecasting, etc.).

Your Talent

  • Bachelor Degree, Business Administration preferred
  • Experience: 6 to 8-years relevant experience in retail industry; Apparel / Fashion industry will be a plus
  • Advance Excel user, familiar with Power BI
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Communication / Language: Excellent communication skills, including a proven ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action, elicit information, listen actively, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English skills required
  • Self-motivated, strong leadership and the ability to perform multi tasks under pressure
  • Sales operations and planning  experience required
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Good communication of written and spoken English
