- Actively communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, promoting the PUMA brand and merchandise in trying to fulfil the customers’ needs and meet selling standards
- Understand business needs and expectations to individually influence store objectives in sales, store environment, and business operations
- Adhere to and consistently demonstrate the behaviour of all PUMA policies and procedures to ensure a consistent business setting for customers and employees
- Be up to date and show understanding of the product, PUMA procedures, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and fellow PUMA team members
- Adhere to and consistently demonstrate the behaviour of PUMA retail operations initiatives to strengthen PUMA International’s competitive position within the marketplace.
- Consistently participate and demonstrate understanding of store programs involving safety, operations, service and loss prevention to positively add to the store’s overall performance
- Understand store merchandise, sales and operations related statistics to gain expected business knowledge and to positively add to overall store performance
- Actively play a part and add to PUMA store standards on the sales floor and back areas including cleaning, maintenance, organization, product flow, store presentation and general consistency to help achieve the store’s objectives accurately and on time
