Your Mission
- Organize a user research plan with clear objectives toward developing a deeper understanding of user needs and finding opportunities for solutions and innovation
- Gather user experience data, including user struggle and friction on puma.com, by employing various data collection and research methods such as user testing, evaluations and surveys, and focus groups and propose necessary solutions
- Work with Ecommerce Analyst team to extract quantitative insights about user behaviors from web analytics tools and supplement existing site experimentation strategy with learnings in user research
- Document learnings and communicate clearly and meaningfully to the business with actionable recommendations to guide design direction and new site features
- Balance user needs with business needs to ensure we deliver best experiences for our customers while doing the right thing for the business
- Collaborate cross-functionality with Development, UI design, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing to evaluate current and upcoming needs
- Define and establish measures and trending that reflect the impact of design changes influenced by your research
