Your Mission

  • Support the implementation of the strategy for the Cobra PUMA Golf Customer Service function with the aim of effectively and efficiently providing best in class service standards to all accounts.
  • Ensure market competitive reliability and responsiveness to assigned Accounts in regard to order entry support, orderbook deliveries, conversions, complaints and returns
  • To facilitate cross functional alignment and communication between key stakeholders such as the Cobra PUMA Golf Field Sales Account team, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Operations and IT
  • Support the Customer Service team in relevant reporting generating insight and transparency to the sales performance for related accounts such as orderbook, forecasting and budget compliance and achievement
  • To measure progress on own KPIs and ensure continuous improvement on PUMA account management and service level

Your Talent

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Industry such as sport, FMCG and experience in the Golf industry is highly advantageous  
  • SAP experience is highly desirable  
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Word: In particular Excel 
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Able to deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and customers
  • Ability to build rapport, develop and maintain relationships across customer relationships
  • Strong attention to detail regarding business planning and forecasting 
  • Strength in Data analysis  
  • Has a logical approach to your work
  • Initiative and highly pragmatism
