Your Mission

  • This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand in Canada.
  • Distribute key reports (inventory, assortments, market analysis etc.) and help with all style setup and style maintenance in Jesta. 
  • Maintain the country Sales Programs, line plans and assortments on VRLINK, support the sales force with any VRLINK related questions, in addition to maintaining current information on SharePoint
  • Work with Merchandising Manager to manage Toronto and Montreal showrooms, calendars and coordinate the appointments with reps. 
  • Manage the entire sample process once the assortment has been finalized, including warehouse coordination, tracking, and invoicing
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager and Graphic Designer to build the Catalogue for the current season
  • Provides key accounts with the information they need for their Set up sheets. (pictures /web copy/ UPC/ country of origin etc) 
  • Coordinate all the Samples Requests for Photoshoot.  
  • Manage all customer specified requests to ensure compliance and to ensure most cost-effective method for meeting compliance requests (labeling, ticketing, packaging) 
  • Supports Marketing with various projects as required by the business during peak times of the year

Your Talent

  • 2-4 year’s experience in a marketing and/or merchandising role
  • Post secondary degree in Business or Marketing
  • Dynamic, positive individual with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively as well as self-motivated
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop
  • Ability to travel
  • VRLINK knowledge is an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
