Ability to produce new or maintain existing infrastructure documentation and diagrams.
Security Centric with knowledge or experience in Vulnerability management and risk mitigation.
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, related field of study, or equivalent work experience. (Bachelor degree preferred)
Minimum 7 years hands on experience with Cisco LAN, WAN + Datacenter networking and related technologies. (10 years experience preferred)
Cisco CCNA or CCNP or additional vendor certifications.
Cisco IOS/NX OS and related experience with TAC support procedures and entitlement management
Must be proficient with LAN and WAN Switching, Data Center Switching, Routing, and Wireless and related services.
Solid experience working with Cisco switches, routers, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ISE and AnyConnect.
Excellent understanding of VLAN’s, LAN, WAN, BGP, EIGRP, STP, NAT, 801.1x, RADIUS, TACACS+.
Excellent understanding of network security technologies including; Firewalling, IPS/IDS, NAC, IPSec VPN, Port Security, Segmentation, SSL Decryption and Zero Trust architectures.
Experience with VMWare, DNS, Active Directory, and related services. – Preferred, but not required
Palo Alto PCNSA certification or relevant hands on experience. – Preferred, but not required
Cloud networking and cloud security a plus (Microsoft Azure, Vwan, ATP). – Preferred, but not required
Experience working in a collocated Data Center environment. – Preferred, but not required
